If you contact us within 30 days of a purchase, we'll refund the unused portion of that pack pro rata (e.g. bought 300 credits, used 60 → 80% refunded). A pack that is entirely unused is refunded in full. Refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
If a plan generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically — no need to ask.
