Little Outings (littleoutings.today) is operated by an individual proprietor based in Japan ("we"). Contact: support@littleoutings.today. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Little Outings helps parents find kid-friendly places and family events near a location, and generates AI-suggested day plans. Place and event information is aggregated from public data sources and is provided for reference.
Signing in only requires an email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One account per person; we may close accounts created to farm free credits.
Credits are a prepaid unit for using paid features. They are not money or electronic money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and do not expire. Purchases are one-time card payments processed by Stripe; prices are shown before you pay. The refund policy explains how unused purchases are refunded. Free or bonus credits (signup, weekly free plan, invites) are never refundable.
Place data, opening hours, event details and AI-generated plans may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and venues change without notice. AI plans are suggestions, not professional advice. Always verify opening hours, access and conditions before setting out, and supervise your children at all times — you remain solely responsible for their safety.
Map and place data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and other sources under their respective licenses. The service's own design, text and code are ours. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be limited.
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. If we discontinue paid features, unused purchased credits will be refunded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes go to the Tokyo District Court as the agreed court of first instance, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
